Mountain Lake Fire Company would like to thank Morristown and Morristown Fire Department for lending us their reserve fire engine due to the fact that one of our fire engines is permanently out of service. This show of generosity will greatly improve the protective services we provide Mt. Lake and the surrounding communities. The Mountain Lake Fire Company will continue to use this piece of apparatus for the next six to nine months, or until the delivery of our new truck, which is currently under construction.

After more than eight hours of work and a test drive around town she is ready for the night.

A quick tune-up by our mechanic and some driver and pump qualification and she will be ready to go.

Thank you  Morristown and Morristown Fire Department, It truly is a brotherhood in the fire service!
